Hand painted pillows . . .

An Ode to Morning

We finally got a 3 second break from the infamous Oregon downpours! It was heaven to be able to stroll outside this morning, coffee in hand, and appreciate all the beautiful things popping up in the garden. The Iris are finally out and the big orange poppies are close on their heels. It's like waking up to a new painting every morning.

The dog is napping. The 2 year old is nose deep in her Cheerios. The 7 year old is looking for her socks . . . it is going to be a fabulous day! ")
