a piece of my heart



One of my favorite things is hand painting cards. 
Why spend so much time on one card? 
From a businesses perspective it makes zero logical sense. 
To me...
It's a hug in an envelope. 
It's time. 
It's something unique, just for you that no one else has. 
It's a piece of my heart expressed on paper.

Katy's Happy Birthday Play Kitchen!

After much sanding, painting and varnishing I finished the kitchen in the nick of time for KAty's Birthday party. Most I salvaged at a garage sale and our rebuilding center . . . YaY!
